Booking conditions as follows:
A non-returnable deposit of £50 per room will be
charged at the time of booking.
*Cancellation between 14 & 30 days before arrival:
A charge equivalent to the first night will be made.
*Cancellation within 14 days of arrival:
The full stay will be charged and refund made
only if the room is re-let.
*A reservation is a legally binding contract, and we strongly
advise that Holiday Insurance is taken out in the normal way in the event of cancellation for any reason.
